Joaquin Cababie of SmartOtels has returned to London from Bangkok to lead a new phase in SmartOtels’ development – the formal sales and marketing representation of our resorts and hotels clients in UK and Europe.  Joaquin has been based in Bangkok for some months, building relationships with resorts and hotels across South East Asia and attending important industry trade events.

Matthew Brooks and SmartOtels said: “since shortly after launch of SmartOtels we have been managing The Harrington Serviced Apartments and Residences in London with a major focus on revenue improvement.  In the last four months of 2013, we successfully achieved an increase in revenue of 35% year on year and that figure increased to over 40% year on year in January 2014.  That was achieved because of our knowledge and experience in the industry.  With Joaquin’s return to London, we are able to start putting our client resorts and hotels in South East Asia in front of tour operator product managers, corporate clients and much more, also using our experience and wide networks.”
