- We will look at how your rates sit compared to rates of your competitor set in the U.K. or European markets.
- SmartOtels will shortly announce an alliance that brings you not only GDS access but also the services of a larger team giving you access to many of the world’s largest corporations and all of the largest travel agency consortia.
- We can take a close and experienced look at how you are currently undertaking revenue management, your current distribution and advise on any changes we think you should consider.
- Through alliances we are forming, we can suggest the best technology solutions for your needs. We will not face you with just one option but those that we feel are best suited to your requirements.
- For clients that want it, we can leverage our connections to help source investors in the U.K. and Europe for properties abroad.
Secondly, we will offer “Representation a la Carte” – we will give you the list of services we can offer you and you choose ( we suggest in discussion with us ) which of those services you actually need and want. So, you will no longer be paying for services you don’t want or need but simply those which are going to best feed through to your bottom line — increasing the ROI from choosing SmartOtels as your representative.
